Back in Style
As the school semester nears the end and graduation seems to be approaching faster than ever, I find myself constantly thinking about my future and what is to come for me. So, for my final blog of the term I decided to take a look at the past and talk about some of the women’s fashion trends from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Groovy Baby (The 70s) The seventies was a time for freedom and self-expression, and technology and innovation were at an all-time high. Some of the most popular styles of clothing in the seventies included platform shoes, high waisted jeans, bell bottom pants, tie-dye shirts, hot pants, crochet, crop tops, and jumpsuits, just to name a few.
